How Can lower Abdominal Pain And Lower Back Pain Be Treated?

I have very severe pain in my lower right side radiating both towards back and lower abdomen. Pain is constant but every 5-15 minutes it gets really intense and really sharp. Went to er 8 days ago for low right flank pain. They did a CT scan w/out contrast because there was blood in my urine and suspected a kidney stone. None was seen in scan but did say ureter was larger on right side. The pain has been extremely worse the last a couple of hours. Do I need to go get checked again? Also, when taking a shower a minute ago it became hard to breathe and I felt real tight in the center of my chest.

U seem to have a case of hydrouronephrosis the most common reason for which is kidney stone. You should definitely get it checked out again. Discuss the option of a simple USG followed by an NCCT. If you have fever or have had episodes of vomiting it could be complicated pyelonephrosis as well.
